How do I track my order?
You can track the real-time status of your order by logging into your account and navigating to the "My Orders" section. You'll see updates as the store accepts your order, prepares it, and as it's out for delivery with our courier partner. You will also receive key email notifications at each stage.
What if an item I received is incorrect or damaged?
We're very sorry to hear that. Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. Please contact our Customer Support team immediately via the "Contact Us" page or our support hotline. Please provide your order number and details of the issue (a photo is often helpful), and we will work with the store to resolve it for you as quickly as possible, whether through a refund or replacement.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Once an order is placed and confirmed, the delivery address is locked in and sent to the store and our delivery partners to ensure a speedy dispatch. Unfortunately, for this reason, it cannot be changed for that specific order. Please double-check that your address is correct before confirming your purchase. You can manage your saved addresses in your account for future orders.
